The Information Resource Center (IRC) is reference/research and circulation library that provides comprehensive and authoritative information on the United States.
IRC reference crew helps you find facts and answers, keep you up to date, and empower you to help yourself.
In the IRC you will find news from Washington and information about U.S. foreign policy, law, democracy and government, trade and economics, American literature and political thinking, HIVAIDS, U.S. and international statistics, and Internet.
We have information for journalists, academics, businessmen and women, civic organizations, teachers, students, government officials, military, clergy and traditional rulers.
The Information Resource Center is open Monday-Friday, 11:00a.m -6:00pm except on American and Rwandan Holidays.
