Orphanages in Rwanda

Note: The Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion (MIGEPROF), which issues Non-Objection Letters to authorize adoptions in Rwanda, only approves adoptions from recognized orphanages.  Before you start the process, please ensure the orphanage has registered with MIGEPROF. Some of the organizations listed below do not offer foreign adoptions, but encourage local sponsorship of orphans.
